长沙国际会议中心位于长沙高铁新城浏阳河东岸，毗邻长沙国际会展中心，与长沙高铁南站隔河相望。它是目前华中地区最具竞争力的会议、展览和商务旅行目的地。长沙国际会议中心总规划用地面积约为21万平方米，总建筑面积约为17万平方米。会议中心的整体建筑分为地上三层和地下一层。主厅和会议室包括 7,800 平方米的无柱宴会厅、7,290 平方米的多功能展览厅、1,800 平方米的行政圆桌会议峰会大厅以及 60 间面积从 50 到 3,400 平方米不等的会议室。同时，会议中心配备大型中央厨房系统，可独立提供中式、西式、自助式等多种特色餐饮服务，可同时满足1万多人的餐饮服务需求。
