Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!

Although primarily giving tours around New York City, I am available for tours in Philadelphia and Boston, if any should desire - and I love taking people to Washington D.C. But perhaps what I most like is taking people on walks across some of the great bridges around our city: the Brooklyn Bridge, and especially the Williamsburg Bridge - and don't forget the great George Washington Bridge - for walks along the Palisades!

Founded by New York City-based celebrity chef Maureen Cavalieri, her passion for creating unforgettable experiences through food, presentation, and gifting is coming to life in a whole new way with Maure. Inspired by their adventures around the world, the Maure team has partnered with local artisans across the globe and in their own backyard to assemble a collection of the most sublime curiosities. Many are handmade and exclusive to Maure and cannot be found anywhere else. Thoughtfully curated into an array of gift boxes, we promise the recipient will be delighted. Rosa Mexicano is a destination born of a unique vision. In our restaurants, you’ll experience upscale dining that honors Mexican heritage, culinary techniques, and the global explorations and inspirations of our founder, Josefina Howard. Rosa Mexicano offers an “elevated fiesta” deeply rooted in authentic Mexican cuisine, serving both beloved classics and sophisticated dishes in a stylish and festive atmosphere. Our Founding Chef, Josefina Howard, opened the flagship Rosa Mexicano on New York’s Upper East Side in 1984. She was a world traveler, pioneer, entrepreneur, interior designer, chef, and innovator.
