关于我们

“探索纽约都市生活的37个故事” 协和酒店位于列克星敦和公园大道之间的第 55 街，在与英国航空公司合作了 20 年之后，于 2018 年 6 月向公众开放。协和酒店布局独特，设有 122 间客房，37 层，每层 4 间客房，可一览无余的壮丽景色。我们的酒店对客房进行了全面翻新，于 2017 年竣工。我们很高兴能开设大堂酒吧、餐厅、露台和华丽的露台（已经开放）。我们的酒店非常适合商务和休闲旅游，位于曼哈顿中心地带，毗邻大型企业，同时距离布鲁明戴尔购物中心 2 个街区，距离中央公园、洛克菲勒中心、现代艺术博物馆、第五大道购物区 6 个街区。

取消政策

群组政策：取消个人预订个人预订必须在抵达日期前 72 小时的下午 3:00 之前取消，以免产生取消费用。房间占用担保/人员流失酒店依赖且集团同意提供最低金额的客房收入（不包括餐饮费用和其他非客房费用），该收入应等于上面客房区块信息表中列出的房晚总数乘以合同单人间房费。如果您的团体无法兑现最终客房承诺的80％，则客户将承担客房承诺中未使用的部分，最多为最终房块的80％，乘以合同的单人团体房费。流失损失将根据酒店转售的未使用团体客房获得的客房收入来减少。如果酒店完全售罄，则不收取人员流失赔偿费。入住/退房程序下午 3:00 之后可入住客房，退房时间为上午 11:00。如果您的客人抵达时由于任何原因没有空房，我们将很乐意为他们存放行李。我们还将为可能需要延迟离店的客人存放行李。取消整个群组客户同意，如果集团出于终止或原因或不可抗力以外的任何原因取消本协议，则酒店将蒙受损失。距离抵达日期越接近取消预订，损失就越大。因此，客户同意向酒店提供书面取消通知，并按下表所示付款：抵达日期前 31 天或更长时间预计收入的 0% 抵达日期前 30-15 天预计收入的 50% 抵达日期前 14 天或更短预计收入的 100% 预计收入是通过将房间总数乘以单组费率计算得出的。
