玫瑰堂

由圣多明我会（道明会）创建于1587年，是该会在中国的第一所教堂。教堂初时用木板搭建，华人称之为「板樟庙」。又因教堂供奉玫瑰圣母，故又称「玫瑰堂」。整座教堂建筑富丽堂皇，其巴洛克建筑风格的祭坛更是优雅精致。教堂旁的「圣物宝库」收藏了三百多件澳门天主教珍贵文物。

大三巴牌坊是天主之母教堂（即圣保禄教堂）正面前壁的遗址。
圣保禄教堂附属于圣保禄学院。该学院于1594 年成立，1762年结束，是远东地区第一所西式大学。 1835年一场大火烧毁了圣保禄学院及其附属的教堂，仅剩下教堂的正面前壁、大部分地基以及教堂前的石阶。自此，这便成为世界闻名的圣保禄教堂遗址。

东望洋炮台位处澳门的最高点，其范围包括三项建筑：建于1622至1638年间的炮台，用以防御荷兰人的入侵；建于1622年的圣母雪地殿圣堂，是由嘉勒修女为炮台士兵设立的教堂；以及建于1865年的中国第一座现代灯塔。虽然灯塔不会对外开放，但这里仍是澳门的热门景点，而1990年代于圣堂更发现了保存完好的壁画，使这里成为艺术历史爱好者的必游之地。

大炮台位于澳门著名景点大三巴附近，是游客及市民欣赏风景散步的好去处。当时于 1617 年至 1626 年与耶稣会士联合建造，是澳门当年的主要军事防御建筑。这座堡垒配备了大炮、军营、水井和一个装有足够弹药和补给的武库，可以承受长达两年的围困。这座堡垒占地10,000平方米，呈梯形状。堡垒的四个角落伸出来形成堡垒。
