甘肃省公路航空旅游投资集团有限公司明珠酒店有限公司有限公司（Hatg.Huanghe Pearl Hotel）是甘肃省公路航空旅游投资集团有限公司的全资子公司。有限公司，位于临夏州永靖县太极镇古城新区太极南路18号。马累航旅国际酒店坐落在甘肃临夏回族自治州的黄河明珠，一个美丽的河畔小镇——刘家峡，据称是中国第六大石窟，甘肃省第三大石窟世界文化遗产——豆岭寺石窟，一直被国内高海拔滑翔业誉为刘家峡国际的 “中国博卡拉、刘家峡” 滑翔营地，中国只有黄河水利文化和中国水文化作为以 “黄河水电博览园” 为主题，极具民族特色的雍景冒出来，还有藏传佛教寺庙——劳伦斯家族洞穴，还有全国工业旅游示范点，中国首个百万千瓦水电站——刘家峡水电站。 该酒店成立于2017年4月18日，注册资本为8亿元人民币，是一家集客房、餐饮、会议和娱乐为一体的豪华度假村和会议酒店。占地面积630亩，总投资9.96亿元人民币，建筑面积48万平方米。酒店自开业以来，已承接第七届敦煌线丝绸之路国际旅游节、中国石化集团、全国农业农村工作会议、政务、商务等国际国内数百场会议，五星级客房餐饮服务水平，可容纳多达一千人的质量水平餐饮接待能力，是 “一颗闪亮的明珠”沿途区域”。该项目荣获2017-2018年甘肃省建设项目 “飞行金奖” 和2018年甘肃省唯一的国家级优质工程 “鲁班奖”。黄河三峡自驾游基地占地面积21.5万平方米，拥有18栋木屋，25个房车营地，42个自驾营地，229个帐篷营地，500个停车位，560个生态停车位，46,000平方米的生态周边水系，17,800平方米数米的绿地和2700米长的绿色自行车道。被评为美国最有前途的露营地2017-2018年的中国。 （一）一流的硬件设施，提供五星级标准客房服务。酒店共有356间客房/套房，610张床。客房面积达到50平方米，所有房间均配有9平方米的观景阳台，客房卫生间面积达到11平方米，实现干湿分离。酒店有Wi-Fi网络覆盖，4K高清液晶电视，符合人体力学原理的顶级床垫，先进的中央空调，8个电梯客房内的人员和配套的消防设施。 （2）多元化的餐饮服务，提供美味的食物。餐饮中心的建筑面积为3200平方米。整店清真饮食，高低档融合。餐饮接待能力可同时容纳1200人。菜品以原创和新的川菜和湖南公共菜为主，突出小炸的特点，集合不同口味的特点为主调，可以实现科学合理的膳食，均衡的营养。 （3）区域区位优势，交通便利。酒店位于临夏州永靖县刘家峡太极岛，是兰州一小时经济圈的重要旅游胜地。距离兰州中川国际机场 96 公里，距离兰州市中心 58 公里。
