Yes, Paper straws used throughout the hotel, wooden stirrers used for Coffee Stations in Meeting Rooms.

Yes, - All bed linen is removed and washed above 65 degrees, pillow protectors are used and duvets are cleaned, every room, every quarter. robes have been removed.
