取消政策
只有在合同中明确约定撤回权、存在另一项法定撤回权或者酒店明确同意取消合同的情况下，客户才可以退出与酒店签订的合同。撤回权协议和取消合同的任何同意必须以书面形式作出。 如果酒店与客户商定了免费退出合同的日期，则客户可以在该日期之前退出合同，而无需触发酒店的任何付款或赔偿索赔。如果客户未在约定日期之前对酒店行使撤回权，则其撤回权将失效。 如果撤回权尚未达成协议或已经到期，也没有撤回或终止的合法权利，并且酒店不同意取消合同，则即使未使用该服务，酒店仍保留获得约定报酬的权利。酒店必须考虑将房间出租给其他各方的收入和节省的费用。如果房间不出租给其他方，酒店可以扣除固定费率以节省开支。在这种情况下，对于含早餐或不含早餐的过夜住宿，客户必须至少支付合同约定价格的90％，以及包含第三方服务的套餐安排，70％的半膳和60％的全膳安排。客户可以自由提供证据，证明上述索赔没有产生或没有达到所需金额。

when booking a room via the homepage our guests can buy shares of a forest near Cologne in Germany. This project is called "Kolping-Wald" (for more details please check our website www.mainhaus-frankfurt.de/nachhaltigkeit), we also have planted 100 trees in a new forest project in Germany. Certificate can be seen on our website.
