天坛

北京南部的天坛是中国最大的寺庙和祭坛建筑群，占地 270 公顷。天坛是中国宗教建筑的一个精美而非凡的例子。寺庙的建造始于 1420 年，明清两朝的寺庙皇帝崇拜天堂，祈求丰收。
奥林匹克体育场
历史地标
2008 年 8 月 8 日星期五，第 29 届奥林匹克运动会开幕式在北京国家体育场举行，也被称为 “鸟巢”。它的游戏容量为 80,000 个座位。
该建筑的独特建筑和设计使其成为北京的标志性焦点。体育场碗的圆形是使用奥雅纳开发的计算机软件定义的，以使观众能够获得最佳视野。
绰号为 “水立方” 的蓝色国家游泳中心（NAC）于 2008 年 1 月 28 日上午启用并投入使用。建造奥林匹克场馆花了四年多的时间，这是北京的一个新地标。“水立方” 的设计考虑了节水和环保；该场馆每年可节省 14 万吨循环用水。
