如果缔约方将活动取消通知特别活动总监，Lyndhurst将按以下方式退还押金和款项：活动日期前六（6）个月或更长时间，全额退款（减去500美元的手续费和会员费）；五（5）到六（6）个月之间，场地租赁费和押金的半（½）（减去500美元的手续费和会员费）；少于五（5）个月，将不予退款。如果合同方因日程安排冲突而必须取消活动，则押金可以用于新的合同和活动日期，前提是活动在原始签署合同的同一财政年度内重新安排。尽管本款有上述条款，但如果合同方取消活动，Lyndhurst将真诚地努力转售活动的时段，如果转售价格与活动相同，则应将全部租金押金（减去500美元的手续费和会员费）退还给缔约方。

Additional details
