The Crown Mill is one of Dunedin's iconic Victorian properties. Originally 3-storey building, with a platform for a fourth storey. The Crown Roller Mills building is protected by Dunedin City Council bylaws and is also a category 1 listing with the Historic Places Trust, reflecting its primary importance as an historic site. The Crown Mill offers luxury apartment living, elegant overnight accommodation, fine dining and is a spectacular venue for your special event. It is able to cater any type of event. It is conveniently located within Dunedin's CBD and less than 10 minute walk from the Octagon, the heart of our beautiful city.
