For catered Events, the Client will be charged 50% of the estimated food and beverage component of the Event if cancelled within 7 days of the Event commencing. For non-catered Events the Client will be charged 50% of the estimated value of the Event if cancelled within 7 days of the Event commencing. Please reach out to our sales team directly at the Hotel to discuss your options further. For the avoidance of doubt if the COVID-19 Order comes into force more than 7 days before the date of the Event then the Standard Cancellation Policy in clause 1.0 below applies.
