1 取消已确认的预订必须以书面形式提出。如果在活动开始前超过90个日历日收到书面确认，则不收取取消费用。对于在活动开始前 90 天内收到的取消预订，可能会收取 50% 的租用费；对于在活动开始前 14 天或更短时间内收到的取消预订，将支付全额租用费。如果除了全额租金之外还发出了少于7天的通知，则公司保留收回所产生费用的权利。
