Teams of 8 - 10 pax per Game Vehicle will then get involved in the day to day running of the Reserve from a Conservation perspective. Activities include the following: Wildlife husbandry and care of rare and endangered species such as disease-free buffalo and sable; Monitoring of ecological impact of keystone species such as elephant, lion, buffalo and giraffe together with behavioural analysis; Game Census; Wildlife monitoring and recording (focus on large predator movement (lion); Alien invasive tree species eradication; Water assessments; Elephant dung sampling; Bird identification and monitoring; Bush skills and interpretation; Veld management.

Additional details

Comprising of 400m2, the venue is a double volume lodge with lounge, bar library, and dining room that can be closed off with black out curtains. Wifi, flat screen TV and DSTV are also available. The entire north side of the lodge has stack away doors leading onto expansive decks with an infinity pool area, outdoor dining and boma. The back of house facilities include offices and a kitchen. For conferencing, all standard equipment and meals will be provided as part of the conferencing package: o Tea and coffee throughout the conference, mid morning snack, lunch platters, afternoon tea o Equipment: Data projector and screen, 54” flat screen TV, Hi def sound system including microphone, uncapped Wifi, notepad and pen o Break away areas and office support available
