Advance Deposit Payment • 25% on confirmation • Further 50% one month prior to conference date • 25% two weeks before conference Cancellation: • Up to one month prior – No Charge • Up to two weeks prior – 50% of total room revenue • Within two weeks prior to arrival – 100% of total revenue No Show Policy: Should the actual rooms occupied be less than the actual rooms booked, we will charge for the first night and term it as a No Show. Early Departures: Any rooms checking out earlier than the pre booked departure date will be charged at the full rate by the number of night’s i.e if a guest is booked to stay a length of three nights and they stay for two nights the hotel will bill for three nights.
