Facility Restrictions Outside catering is not permitted (all food & beverage services are exclusively provided by Alto Marina by Noah). Use of fireworks, pyrotechnics, or open flames requires prior written approval and may be restricted due to safety regulations. Décor installations must be pre-approved and cannot damage walls, floors, or fixtures. Noise levels must comply with local regulations and community guidelines. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Event setup and breakdown must follow the agreed schedule and may be subject to additional fees if extended.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to the event date: No penalty (initial deposit remains non-refundable). Cancellations made 80–119 days prior to the event: 50% of the total estimated event cost will be retained. Cancellations made 60–79 days prior to the event: 80% of the total estimated event cost will be retained. Cancellations made 45–59 days prior to the event: 100% of the total estimated event cost will be retained. Early termination outside of these categories: 20% penalty of the total estimated cost. Date Changes / Rescheduling Clients may request a change of date with no penalty if the request is made at least 120 days in advance, subject to venue availability. Payments already made will be applied toward the new date. Force Majeure (including Hurricanes) In the event of a Force Majeure situation—such as hurricanes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the control of either party—the event may be rescheduled within 12 months of the original date. New dates will be confirmed subject to venue availability. In such cases, both parties will agree in good faith to establish a new event date under the same terms and conditions.

Our venue features 2 indoors and outdoor spaces, including terraces with ocean views, private ballrooms, and area with spectacular view of the marina.
