活动保险是强制性的。
设施限制
出于安全原因，电梯被 “锁定” 到建筑物的所有楼层。电梯仍在运行，可以从楼上的楼层进行控制，但是在大堂层上锁的。如果您需要使用未上锁的电梯，请在预定活动开始时间前至少 72 小时以书面形式通知管理层。如果您需要有关电梯功能的更多说明，请与管理层交谈。 除非在紧急情况下，否则禁止进入建筑物后部的消防通道。如果消防逃生门被打开，建筑物警报就会响起。 建筑物大厅和楼梯应始终空置。禁止在大堂和楼梯内存放材料。 禁止在建筑物内吸烟。请遵守我们的禁烟政策。如果您需要吸烟，请离开大楼。
取消政策
自活动之日起 30 天内取消预订将没收押金。根据我们的判断，重新安排的活动可能会将押金转移到新的日期。在活动结束后 14 天内取消和未到场将按全部预订时间收取费用。如果您预订额外服务（厨师、讲师、造型师、花艺师等），您将负责Loft39因取消活动而产生的任何费用。
