(a) 由客户提供。如果客户出于任何原因希望终止本协议，则客户应向Triangle Loft/Bento发送书面通知，说明该意图（“客户终止通知”），以下条件适用： (i) 如果客户终止通知在活动日期前至少六十 (60) 个日历日送达Triangle Loft/Bento，则客户将获得客户先前根据本协议向Triangle Loft/Bento支付的任何款项的全额退款（根据第 2 节的规定扣除保证金），减去相当于初始存款百分之二十五（25%）的终止费，该金额将保留给三角阁楼/便当。 (ii) 如果客户终止通知在活动日期的五十九 (59) 至十一 (11) 个日历日之间的任何时间送达Triangle Loft/Bento，则客户将不会收到初始存款的退款，该金额可由Triangle Loft/Bento保留，但前提是保证金应根据第2节退还，并且客户应获得任何金额（如果有）的全额资金自收到客户终止通知之日起支付余额。 (iii) 如果客户终止通知在活动之日起十 (10) 个日历日内随时交付给Triangle Loft/Bento，则客户应自收到客户终止通知之日起将全部合同总价格到期并支付给Triangle Loft/Bento，并且不得就合同总价格进行任何退款，前提是根据第2节退还保证金。
