Has your hotel taken steps to reduce single-use plastics, such as removing plastic straws (except upon request for guests with disabilities), stirrers and cotton buds? If yes, please provide detail as to the steps you have taken to reduce single use plastics?
Yes, Biodegradable containers, dishes, silverware and glass is used as often as possible. During COVID our hotel had to use more disposable items, however, we are trending back to more proactive steps contingent on CDC and ALHA recommendations.

Yes, All hard surfaces including the headboards are wiped down with CDC approved Disinfectants (Spic & Span and Odoban). The Pillow Cases, Pillow Protectors, Duvet Covers etc. are removed with each stay and laundered per CDC Guidelines to sanitize.
