Additional details
Annalis and Anthony Broad are both qualified chefs who have operated their own restaurant for over 15 years. In 2011 they completely refurbished their Swan Valley Venue. Annalis trained with the Sofitel Group in Melbourne and worked at the Hyatt in Sydney before settling in the Swan Valley. Anthony trained in a Michelin Star restaurant in the UK before extensive overseas travel brought him to Australia and Annalis – a match made in the kitchen! Together they have created a relaxed atmosphere under the vines on the Upper Reaches of the Swan River. Perfect for any Event! Anthony’s supervision of all kitchen matters and the creation of a menu to suit your needs means the dining experience at your reception will be unforgettable. Annalis will supervise all aspects of the ceremony at the front-of-house during your event, and liaise with the kitchen to ensure your event is coordinated, timely and hassle free, ensuring a memorable occasion.
