Yes, we don't provide straws, we don't provide nothing that is wrap in plastic including shampoo, lotion or conditioner

Are specific cleaning/disinfection routines in place for pillows, duvets and their covers, headboard, bathrobe etc.? If yes, please describe.

Yes, We have removed duvets completely. We are using the recommended wash formulas and temps for laundering sheets and pillow cases. Headboards, mattress pads and pillow are sprayed with disinfectant. Bathrobes are eliminated from the rooms at present.
