“河畔画廊” 是大楼内最大的会议、活动和接待空间。它可以容纳 200 人的坐下活动或最多可容纳 300 人的站立式接待会，并且每周七天可在下午 5 点至 11 点之间使用。其他会议空间/房间，包括教室、董事会议室、剧院和咖啡厅，每周七天上午 7 点至晚上 11 点之间可供会议和接待处租用。在大多数情况下，除了房间租金外，还需要使用内部餐饮服务，但需支付合同费用。对于允许在建筑物内饮用酒精饮料的活动，可能需要额外的保险，也可能适用其他限制。每位客人只需支付象征性的额外费用，租用建筑物内的会议和活动设施可能包括在上午9点和下午5点进入博物馆展品。
取消政策
在预订时，客户需要支付相当于租金20％的会议室押金。要求客户在活动开始前30天支付30％的餐饮押金。只有在活动开始前 30 天或更长时间取消；在河画廊预定活动前 60 天或更长时间取消，客房押金才可退还。如果活动在预定日期前14天或更长时间取消，则餐饮押金可退还。对于在原定日期前10-60天内取消的活动，所有押金均可用于未来的设施租赁和/或餐饮服务，前提是该活动在原定日期的120天内重新安排。由于天气或灾难而取消的航班将根据具体情况进行处理。
