酒店由两栋建筑组成，一座拥有 85 间商务客房的新会议大楼和一座建于 1913 年的历史悠久的劳埃德大楼，后者经过精心重建，共有 60 间不同的历史客房。从1970年起，它一直是北德意志劳埃德的行李部门，也是赫伯劳埃德的第二个总部。酒店毗邻主火车站，对面是不来梅竞技场（可容纳14,000个音乐会及更多座位）、不来梅会议中心和不来梅博览会。步行 5-10 分钟（800 米）即可到达市中心。到不来梅城市机场只有 7 公里，因此乘汽车或出租车大约需要 10 分钟，或者你可以直接从机场乘坐有轨电车到主站。客房分为三类：商务房（26-30 平方米）、豪华房（31-40 平方米）和高级房（41-61 平方米）以及 3 间带独立起居室和卧室的套房。5 间会议室的面积从 44 到 159 平方米不等，非常适合 20 至 40 人的会议（教室式最多可容纳 70 人，剧院式会议室最多 150 人）。
