With a variety of wildlife and habitats, stunning vistas, seasonal rivers and waterfalls, Izintaba is the perfect destination for those who love the outdoors and the freedom to enjoy the bush at their own pace. Just 290 km north of OR Tambo International Airport, close to the small town of Vaalwater, the 1200 hectare malaria-free game farm is ideal for friend or family get-togethers and reunions, birthday parties and anniversaries, small conferences, intimate weddings, and romantic bush getaways. Accommodation is spacious and comfortable. The six cottages are fully-equipped for self-catering purposes. The thatched lodges are luxuriously furnished, very comfortable and overlook typical Waterberg bushveld. At the end of the day guests can relax on their patio and anticipate the magnificent sunset. Wedding ceremonies, with an officiate of your choice, can be conducted anywhere on our 1200ha game reserve, such as under the big old fig tree on the open plains with game grazing in the background or on top of the mountain with spectacular Bushveld views.
