取消政策

如果客户取消活动，则保证金不予退还。如果活动在活动开始前90天以上被取消，并且TGS能够在同一活动上重新预订类似的活动 日期，TGS可自行决定退还押金，减去百分之二十（20%）的管理费。如果 活动在活动开始前通知的90天或更短时间内取消，所有押金均不予退还。全部 取消必须以书面形式提交给 TGS 的活动总监。如果 TGS 无法履行其合同 除客户未付款或其他违约外，出于任何原因，本协议规定的所有存款均有义务 TGS收到的款项将退还给客户，TGS不会向客户支付任何进一步的罚款或责任。
