Threes Brewing Governors Island is an open-air private event space on Liggett Terrace at 517 Clayton Road, Governors Island, New York — 5,000 sq ft of tree-lined outdoor event space with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline, open May through October. Standard capacity is 80 seated or 500 standing, with configurations for 1,000+ guests available on request — the largest event footprint in our portfolio by a wide margin. Getting there is a short ferry ride from Lower Manhattan or Brooklyn, and that's part of the appeal: it's a genuinely unexpected setting for a corporate event, and one that tends to make an impression. Planners book it for summer company events and all-hands, company picnics and field days, client entertaining, product launches and brand activations, conference receptions, team offsites, and large-scale celebrations — the kind of event where getting people out of the office is the whole point. The bar runs four draught lines plus cans, wine, and cider, with setups that flex to your format.
