Galare Guest House is a beautiful, family-run, traditional Thai guest house with 35 rooms located along the Ping River in Chiangmai, Thailand. Galare Guest House has been accommodating tourists for 30 years, with a focus on making a guest's stay in Chiangmai an enjoyable, affordable and memorable experience. Galare Guest House offers a convenient location for many attractions in Chiangmai. A block from the famous Night Bazaar, a short stroll away from temples, day markets, restaurants, night life, etc. It's also close to Warorot Market, Chiangmai's largest, bustling central market and the main post office. Located in the middle of the city, Galare Guest House is also a walking distance to the many Buddhist temples scattered throughout Chiangmai.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”.
A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era.
