Yes, We have removed all plastic straws, cotton buds are not plastic.

Yes, We source all energy for the hotels via renewable energy - solar, wind and hydro.

Yes, Yes, however given we are at Alert Level 1 there is no additional cleaning procedures except those outlined in our standard SOPs.
