The Offer applies only upon request by or offers to customers for eligible group meetings or events ("Bookings") at Hilton Cleveland Downtown for new business meetings or events booked by the customer between October 1 - December 31, 2025 where such Booking is actualized between January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026.
