The Ancora is one of the Cortina symbols in terms of historical significance and location, at the center of Corso Italia, the main street of the ‘Pearl of the Dolomites’. Built in 1826, it was a place to relax and relate during breaks between skiing and shopping, a fundamental hub of the social life of those who live Cortina in winter and summer. The hotel, its restaurant, bar, and terraces have always been a place of passage, meeting, but above all an iconic image of the town. The renovation sees the development of 35 rooms, including 18 suites, ranging in size from 29 to 102sqm, the creation of an exclusive club, a restaurant, a bar, and above all its historic terrace overlooking the heart of Cortina.
