Additional commission applies only to 2021 , 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 bookings and does not include pre-existing leads. Greater Birmingham Convention & Visitors Bureau must approve incentive before paying. Hotel must provide pickup and room revenue reports following the meeting. Meetings must be new and incremental to Birmingham (not have met in Birmingham in past three years).
