Visit Lake Charles offers a meeting incentive program for groups who choose to meet in Lake Charles/Southwest Louisiana. Minimum of 40 rooms on peak to qualify. Repeat business can earn $3.00 per room, per night and new business can earn $5.00 per room, per night over the course of the event.
