Program Terms:
- Program valid for new first-time meetings, contracting at least 10 rooms on peak. Must contract with Montgomery County, PA hotel prior to December 31, 2025, and consume prior to March 31, 2026. Program cannot be combined with any other Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board incentive. A letter of agreement will be established by the end user and VFTCB, in addition to providing a valid W9. Rebate paid to end user after group consumption has been verified.
