Eligibility Criteria: Groups located outside of Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties that book hotel room blocks in Sarasota County are eligible. These groups include: - Corporate - Association - Government - Non-profit - Military - Education - Religious - Fraternal Incentive Options (Choose One): - Hotel Master Account Credit: Earn $5 per room night, based on the final hotel pick-up report. The credit is directly applied to the hotel master account. - Offsite Transportation Reimbursement: Cover transportation to offsite group events, restaurants, or attractions in Sarasota County. Additional Perks for Qualifying Groups: - Registration bags with maps, brochures, and visitor information. - On-site speaker from Visit Sarasota County to welcome your group. - Personalized welcome banner at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. - On-site volunteers to assist with registration and provide local information (requires 2 months’ notice; availability is subject to change). Bonus Opportunities – Add $500 More! - Industry Bonus: Earn an additional $500. Groups in key sectors, including technology, agriculture, insurance, and others supported by the Economic Development Corporation, may be eligible for a $500 bonus. This bonus will be credited to the hotel master. Additionally, VSC will facilitate connections between the group and the EDC to explore future business relocation opportunities. 🎭 Arts & Culture Bonus Arts and cultural organizations can also benefit from a $500 bonus, further solidifying Sarasota’s reputation as Florida’s Cultural Coast™.
