Central Otago's award winning Lake Roxburgh Lodge offers Four Star Plus guest accommodation in Lake Roxburgh Village just off Highway 8, the main tourist route between Dunedin (1.5 hours) and Queenstown/Wanaka (1.5hrs) and the South Island's West Coast. The lodge's 11 generously proportioned one and two bedroom guest accommodation was recently redecorated and refurbished to standards that contributed in no small way to Lake Roxburgh Lodge being judged winner of the Central Otago District Council Tourism Award 2008.
