Event Insurance

Event insurance may be required.

Cancellation Policy

All banquet arrangements must be finalized at least 20 days in advance with a preliminary head count for the function. Your final head count must be 14 days prior to your event; this will be used as your guarantee. All functions cancelled within 48 hours of the guaranteed date will be charged at full cost. All food sales determined by guest count to be received 3 days prior to event are final. An increase in guest count resulting in additional food purchased is the only determination in which event total is subject to change. The remaining amount of your guaranteed head count is due in the form of check or cash in accordance with the “Agreement” between Midvale Country Club and Event Host the day of the event unless otherwise specified by management.
