The Grand Hotel Faraglioni is set in the enchanting Cyclops Bay, on the lower slopes of Mount Etna between Taormina and Catania. The elegant hotel situated in the heart of Acitrezza, an old fishing town, has one of the most beautiful views of the coast and sea. It offers guests comfort and hospitality that only a top rated hotel can give whether you are on business or on holiday. The environment is elegant and bright giving a unique relaxing atmosphere with particular attention to detail and offers its guests the prestigious welcome they expect. The hotel has 47 standard rooms and 3 junior suites all with balcony looking onto the spectacular view of the "Faraglioni" islands of Acitrezza and the Norman Castle. For corporate meetings & seminars, the hotel has 3 conference halls available. The restaurant offers space for social dinners, gala evenings, receptions & banquets.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
