Parco dei Principi Hotel is located at the entrance of the Bari Karol Wojtlya airport, next to the motorway junctions and urban road links, thanks to its strategic position and its wide range of services, it is able to satisfy every kind of stay and customer requirement. The 231 rooms available, some of which designed for the disabled, are divided on various floors according to junior suite and classic typology. The modular environment of the meeting rooms, 4 of which on the ground floor and 6 on the first floor, due to its versatility is ideal to have the suitable number of seating according to each circumstance and multiple requirement.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
