Política de cancelamento

Payment Policy Within 14 days of signing a contract: To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total contract amount is due. 60 days prior to arrival: To finalise a booking, the remaining 50% of the total contract amount is due. Cancellation / Postponement Policy Between booking and up to 60 days prior to arrival: Should the entire booking be cancelled or postponed a fee equal to 10% of the total contract amount will be charged. Up until 60 days prior to arrival for non-exclusive use groups only we will allow a reduction of up to 20% of the group block, with no penalty. Less than 60 days prior to arrival: Cancelling or postponing the entire booking will incur a fee that is equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Postponement and date amendments will be considered as cancellations, unless otherwise approved by Baillie Lodges management, and will be subject to availability and sufficient notice period.

A dedicated 70 sqm conference room with quality audio/visual equipment, a separate courtyard forecourt entrance and a private vineyard-facing adjacent break-out terrace combine to provide the perfect venue for small group gatherings of up to 24 delegates. All 15 suites include luxury amenities, spa baths, private gated courtyards and vineyard views. Appellation restaurant offers a memorable nightly dining experience for groups of up to 22 guests in the intimate Private Dining Room for those wishing to share a most special Barossa food and wine experience.
