Inaugurado em fevereiro de 2003, o Victoria Hotel Concept Campinas é a maior e mais nova rede de empreendimentos. Padrão de qualidade Marco, a unidade possui 19 andares e 253 apartamentos confortáveis e modernos com internet sem fio e equipamentos de som e vídeo de última geração para a conveniência de seus hóspedes. O hotel também tem um heliporto e 12 salas de conferências que contêm de 10 a 300 pessoas no auditório. Alguns dos quartos e suítes do hotel são panorâmicos, com uma incrível vista de 180° da cidade e da praça arborizada localizada em frente ao empreendimento.
