Wedderburn is one mile South East of Duns in the eastern Scottish Borders, probably the most accessible part of rural Scotland. The castle stands at the end of a smooth 500 yard private drive in an area of beautifully maintained woodland and grass parks, with distant views to the Cheviot hills. Wedderburn is an exceptional venue for all kinds of events and celebrations, for example anniversaries, re-unions, meetings and corporate entertainment. The castle has a great sense of grandeur, although there is no sense of oppressive ostentation. There are five reception rooms that are vast by modern standards, and these are all available for your use, if required. All of the reception rooms are on the first floor, and include the ballroom, dining room, drawing room, morning room, and gallery.
