Castle Hoensbroek in South Limburg is one of the largest and most beautiful castles in the Netherlands. The oldest section of the castle structure dates from 1250. The 40 different beautiful halls and rooms in the castle will take you on a fantastic journey through time. Hoensbroek Castle presents seven workshops that allow you to work on the team spirit and communications within your company, organisation, department or group of friends through a number of activities. Castle Hoensbroek is an official wedding site for the municipality of Heerlen. The reception halls (feestsaelen) are located in the reception and party centre of Castle Hoensbroek. Of course, you can also arrange for a reception, dinner, party gathering or any other event you wish in the chamber/hall of your choice. The facilities offer dining options for groups ranging in size from 15 to 250 guests. Buffet facilities can be arranged for groups of up to 750.

We figured if we’d have fun building and testing these Tourist Scavenger Hunts, you would also enjoy doing them. This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout. Simple And Fun Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
