This hotel has 129 one, two and three bedroom suites plus 93 standard rooms, roll away beds are not offered. Our business consists of mostly leisure transit guests The only industry in Key West is tourism while there are also a number of Navy and Coast Guard installations so most business travel is of the per diem nature. The suites are very popular with incentive group as they all have a gourmet kitchen with sub zero refrigerator freezer, living room, dining room, balcony and much more..

We have 129 one, two and three bedroom presidential suites with gourmet kitchens with sub zero refrigerator freezer, living room, dinning room, balcony, spa tubs all marble floors and much more plus 93 king standard rooms. The three bedroom suites have three bedrooms and three bathrooms This hotel does not have double/double rooms. Rates are based per room not single or double occupancy.

Hotel has 222 rooms of which 129 are one, two or three bedroom presidential suites with gourmet kitchen, living room, dinning room 1 1/2 baths spa tub balcony and Much more. The 93 standard rooms have one king bed NO DOUBLE DOUBLE in this hotel. All rooms have complimentary in room coffee and tea pots. The air service into Key West has improved with the addition of a number of non stop cities including Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, DFW, DCA, Houston LGA, Nashville Newark, Philly and Miami which has made Key West more affordable to travel to.
