SINGLE RESERVATIONS: Free cancellation is allowed up to 3pm, one day prior to arrival. Late cancellation or no-show results a first night room rate charge. GROUPS: 100% cancellation fee applies, if group cancelled 30 days prior arrival. *t&cs can be slightly amended depending on the group size. MEETINGS & EVENTS: In the event of a cancellation of your function occurring within 15 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of 100% of the "Minimum Anticipated Food and Beverage” revenue and meeting room rental will be due, plus applicable taxes. In the event of a cancellation of your function occurring 16 to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of 50% of the "Minimum Anticipated Food and Beverage” revenue and meeting room rental will be due, plus applicable taxes. In the event of a cancellation of your function occurring 90 days or more prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of 25% of the "Minimum Anticipated Food and Beverage” revenue and meeting room rental will be due, plus applicable taxes. Liquidated damages resulting from cancellation shall be due and payable at the time of cancellation.

The Hari aim to offset all scope 1 and 2 C02 emissions by 2030. Currently, we are working and studying options for carbon offsetting programs.

Has your hotel taken steps to reduce single-use plastics, such as removing plastic straws (except upon request for guests with disabilities), stirrers and cotton buds? If yes, please provide detail as to the steps you have taken to reduce single use plastics?
We aim to make our property 100% free of single-use plastics. The first step, according to the UK regulation that has the guidance “Single-use plastics ban: plates, bowls, trays, containers, cutlery and balloon sticks” we are comply. We also are moving our rooms for reduce single-use plastic with some partnerships, for example, for our in-room amenities with ADA Cosmetics with the brand Think, Act & Live Sustainable - Certified Organic Cosmetics that refuse plastic content and excessive packaging material.
Does your hotel generate (onsite) or purchase (offsite) renewable energy (beyond your utility's standard offerings)? If yes, please describe your practices for generating or purchasing renewable energy.
Due to the energy crisis in the UK and Europe, we are currently zero green energy. The Hari London plans to start purchasing renewable energy the following year and increase the percentage every year. Also, we have goals to reduce our CO2 equivalent emissions by 68% (scope 1 and 2) by 2030. And achieve Net Zero by 2050.
