The New Hotel Palace is situated in front of the marina, just a stone’s throw from the down town, surrounded by historical wine cellars as Florio and Donnafugata. Furnished in classic and elegant style, the New Hotel Palace offers cozy hospitality in this impressive corner of the island. Surrounded by an ancient charme and pleasant garden, enchanted by the sea, our ‘Home’ is the perfect place for relaxing, going on excursions and tastes a delightful cuisine. Events, meetings, work teams, congress and conferences are welcome in our hotel. Thanks to a good location, in the centre of many cultural proposals and natural treasures, and to Palermo and Birgi airport proximity, New Hotel Palace represents a select and elegant location and its own gastronomic tradition is a prerequisite for every reception success. We also have 55 guest rooms including 4 suites.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
