The Mountshannon Hotel is located in the center of the village of Mountshannon; the most picturesque and historic village on Lough Derg which is the largest lake on the River Shannon and is renowned for lake fishing and lately, water sports. The Hotel is a 3 minute walk from the village harbor which caters for many cruisers and sailboats to moor up. The Hotel has 16 en-suite rooms including family, double, twin and single rooms available on request in the service of the guests. All the rooms are well equipped with all the amenities necessary to make the stay of the guests memorable. The Harbour Room is a function room which can seat up to 300 patrons for conference/concerts and up to 200 patrons for weddings/eating functions and is also ideal for private and surprise parties.
