Under Julie’s leadership, the valued roles of her skilled team lay the foundation for adapting to her client’s corporate culture. This in turn with the intention to deliver a fun and engaging experience. Julie is a BCIT graduate and has been an active player in the hospitality industry since she was twenty-two. In 1981, Julie founded Everything Done Right Catering, a high-end catering business. During that time, Julie developed a line of dressings and sauces sold to large retail store chains in Canada and Mexico. In 1989, Julie was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 award. In 2006, Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier. An invitational organization of women leaders in food and beverage whose mission is further education, scholarship, and philanthropy.

Private events, business conventions and boutique events in the heart of Netanya's coastline. The hotel offers numerous halls and an option for outside accommodations with the option to supply anything that would be needed for any event, including Bar/Bat Mitzvahs', Brit Milah, birthdays, weddings, business conventions, professional workshops and any other party. The hotel keeps and respects all Shabbat regulations and offers a grand and generous synagogue. FAMILY EVENTS The hotel offers numerous venues and a synagogue. The hotel specializes in boutique weddings and offers numerous event halls and the option for an outside event. BUSINESS EVENTS The hotel offers four halls equipped with high tech audio-video equipment needed to host your seminar, convention and conference. "Opal" and "Leshem" Halls can accommodate up to 120 guests each or 220 guests combined. The "Coral" and "Shenhav" are smaller convention rooms that can accommodate approximately 30 guests respectively.
