The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. CANCELLATION POLICY: There is no cancellation fee if rooms are cancelled more than 45 days in advance of Arrival. Within 45 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of one night’s room rate per room, will apply, if the total group is cancelled. A maximum of 30% of the individual rooms may cancel without penalty up to 24 hours of arrival.
