The Redesdale Arms can be located in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. It is known as the “First & Last” Inn en route to Scotland and has been providing a warm welcome to visitors for centuries. Today the area is a far more tranquil place where visitors from both sides of the border can be assured of a very warm welcome, good food and hospitality. The Redesdale Arms is the ideal location to hold your event or special day celebrations. We can work with you to plan and organise your event to ensure that everything works seamlessly allowing you to concentrate on the important bit - having a great time. Smaller or more informal get-togethers, parties and events can be accommodated in our private function suite, “CJ’s”. Complete with it’s own bar and dance floor, CJ’s is just the place for you and your guests to let their hair down. We have 10 comfortable en-suite bedrooms, including spacious family rooms. All our bedrooms are well appointed and complete with modern appliances and facilities.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
