In the event Member/Client cancels the Function for any reason, Club will retain the non-refundable deposit. In addition, the Club will be entitled to a cancellation fee as follows: - Less than 90 days prior to the Function - 50% of the estimated cost of the Function - Less that 60 days prior to the Function - 75% of the estimated cost of the Function - Less that 30 days prior to the Function - 100% of the estimated cost of the Function
