Located right on the seafront and next to Terramar Golf Club of Sitges, Sunway Hotel (4*) offers 130 rooms, suites and apartments with incredible views. The Hotel features a total of 8 meeting rooms, all of them with outdoor areas and natural light, totally versatile and flexible to host any type of evento. Vento Restaurant, a more informal cuisine, cocktails and drinks, with a terrace in front of the sea. Al Capone Restaurant, specializing in Italian cuisine. PENALTIES FOR TOTAL EVENT CANCELLATION Cancellations should be done in writing and deposits will not be reimbursed. REDUCTION OF BEDROOMS The Hotel does not accept reduction of bedrooms affecting only one bedroom category. - Between 179 and 90 days before the event the hotel accepts without penalty a 25% reduction of the total rooms daily reserved in each of the reserved categories. - Between 89 and 60 days before the event the hotel accepts without penalty a 20% reduction of the total rooms daily reserved in each of the reserved categories. - Between 59 and 30 days before the event the hotel accepts without penalty a 10% reduction of the total rooms daily reserved in each of the reserved categories. - 29 days before the arrival date the total room nights reserved (number of rooms x number of nights) at that moment will be considered as guaranteed and will be charged in its totality and billed directly to the master account. The reduction of bedrooms exceeding the agreed percentages will be charged to the master account. No-shows will be charged (100% of the total stay) to the master account. No penalties will be applied if the hotel is able to resell the cancelled bedrooms to other parties at the same or higher agreed rates. Rooms canceled above the established limits will be charged in full to the master bill. The hotel reserves the right to claim payment for these cancellations before the start of the event. REDUCTION OF MEETING ROOMS - Until 1 month before the hotel will accept without penalty factor a reduction equivalent to 1 of breakout-rooms reserved. The plenary room and the exhibition area (stands and/or posters) cannot be cancelled. - 29 days before the beginning date, the total space reserved until this date will be considered guaranteed and will be charged in its totality occupied or not The reduction of meeting rooms exceeding the agreed numbers will be charged to the master account. REDUCTION OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES AND OTHERS. All food and beverage services and others, if requested, must be readjusted 30 days before the beginning of the event. - Between 29 days and 48 h before the event a 15% of the food and beverages reserved can be cancelled without penalty. If the reduction exceeds the 15%, the difference will be charged to the master account. - 48 hours before the event the total food and beverage services reserved should be considered as guaranteed
